SSImXel rovides flexible analysis options, allowing users to examine input images as Bayer RAW, RGB24, or mono-channel (grayscale), depending on the image format and application requirements.

Bayer Raw image

For Bayer RAW data, users can choose from the following analysis modes: Bayer RAW, RGB24, monochrome (grayscale), or a custom Bayer pattern, depending on their specific requirements.

Process as R Gr/Gb B
Users can perform analysis on each individual Bayer pattern channel (e.g., R, Gr, Gb, B), either as defined in the image header or manually specified. This allows for independent analysis of each channel,

Process as RGB24
Users can perform analysis separately on each of the R, G, and B channels.

Process as Grayscale
Users can perform a uniform analysis on all Bayer pattern pixels, treating the image as a monochrome (grayscale) input regardless of the original color filter pattern.

Process as User defined Pattern
If users need to perform analysis on a specific CFA (Color Filter Array), this option allows them to manually specify the Bayer Pattern.

RGB24 image

In case of RGB24 data Image , It only supports one option: analysis as RGB24.
